WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE FEES?
It depends on your specific business needs. First, we will have a conversation about what those needs are, and then we will give you a few flat-rate options.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AN ACCOUNTANT, A CPA, AND A BOOKKEEPER?
Bookkeepers, accountants, and certified public accountants (CPAs) all work with businesses' financial data. A bookkeeper records and classifies a company's daily financial transactions such as sales, payroll, payment of bills, etc. Their focus is on accurate record-keeping and less focused on interpreting the data and analytics.
An accountant builds on the information that is provided to them by the bookkeeper. Accountants can review business finances and give management a big-picture perspective. The bookkeeper records data; accountants turn it into usable information for business planning. Accountant duties include:
Tax advice and Tax planning
Financial projections for the business's future
Oversight and recommendations regarding company spending.
The difference between a CPA and a regular accountant is that only CPAs can write an audited financial statement, such as a balance sheet or income statement. Aaron Grace Bookkeeping LLC has a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) on staff to provide all the services mentioned above.
